-If you cancel within 24 hours you will receive a credit to reschedule, based on availability.

-No refunds or credits will be given for No-shows.

-If you have joined the waitlist and a spot becomes available, we will contact you via email.

-Once contacted, you’ll have 1 hour to confirm your spot.

If we do not hear back from you within 1 hour, the spot will be offered to the next person on the list.
