Service Description
Because we could all benefit from taking time to slow down, breathe and de-stress. Join certified meditation teacher, Carolyn George, under our calming cloud lights for a one-hour guided meditation that will begin with some breathing and move into a full body relaxation. When it's all over you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and inspired! Perfect for a busy parent or caretaker looking for a little reset. This is an adults-only event. A bit about instructor Carolyn George of Rose & Moksha - in her own words: "After spending over ten years working in corporate - I hit a breaking point. I went out west for a meditation retreat which saved and changed my life. From there I got certified to be a meditation teacher (twice) and am passionate about sharing this idea of slowing down, breathing, gratitude, and finding the space between the thoughts."

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: -Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. -If you cancel within 24 hours you will receive a credit to reschedule, based on availability. -No refunds or credits will be given for No-shows. Joining the Waitlist: -If you have joined the waitlist and a spot becomes available, we will contact you via email. -Once contacted, you’ll have 1 hour to confirm your spot. -If we do not hear back from you within 1 hour, the spot will be offered to the next person on the list. Supervision: -Parent or guardian supervision is required at all times - even during classes. Health & Safety: -Socks are required for all children and adults in the play area. No shoes allowed. -Children and caregivers must be illness-free to attend. -We reserve the right to ask anyone showing signs of illness to leave and reschedule. -Food is not permitted anywhere in the play area. -We are an allergy friendly space. Please no nuts! *Please arrive on time - so you don't disrupt the class in session.
