Service Description
Dana Hudsin, of Yoga Haven, leads this gentle and supportive class aimed at strengthening the spiritual, emotional, and physical bond between postpartum moms and their new babies (6 wks - pre-crawling). Join other new moms as you bond with your child in our calming new space. All postures for mom will be responsive to the needs of the postpartum body. Class also includes comforting infant massage. **Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for your baby.

Cancellation Policy
This is a free event. We understand, especially in this phase of life, you may have to cancel at the last minute. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so with as much advance notice as possible so that we can make sure your spot can go to somebody else who would like to attend. If you are sick, please stay home. We do our best at The Bronxville Playroom to keep everybody healthy and reduce the spread of germs. Please respect our rules when in our space.
